Certified Contracting Solutions, LLC, Chief Problem Solver Tom Reid was notified today that he had been elected as the National Vice President-Elect for the South Central Region of the National Contract Management Association. Reid is just completing a term as President of the Denver Chapter of NCMA.
“This is quite an honor,” said Reid. NCMA has approximately 20,000 members worldwide and is divided into eight regions in order to provide quality services to its nearly 150 chapters. NCMA is the certifying body for the Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), a certification held by Mr. Reid.
“At CCS, we specialize in providing certified individuals to our clients,” offered Reid. “NCMA provides the support and validation of that credential. Giving back to NCMA is an important part of the professionalism of our workforce.” CCS provides specialized training to its employees and support in obtaining the CPCM credential. Reid will serve in the “elect” capacity until the 2004-2005 program year when he will become the National Vice President for the South Central Region. The NCMA program year begins July 1.
CCS provides contract management, training, and proposal preparation services to the government and its contractors, and guidance for companies that want to do business with the government.
